RECREATIONAL PROGRAM REFUND POLICY
- All refund requests must be entered through the Refund Request Form.
- Refund requests must be entered prior to the program's original registration deadline. Refund amount will be the program fee minus a $20 administrative fee and processing fees. The refund will be applied as a credit to the individual's account that can be applied toward future TC Storm programs. The credit will expire one year from the date of issue.
- No refunds will be granted after the program's original registration deadline, unless one of the following conditions is met:
- A full refund, minus a $20 administrative fee and processing fees, may be granted for a season-ending injury if request is accompanied by written documentation from a physician. Refunds for injury will not be considered after the first session/game. Refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
- A full refund will be granted if we cannot provide you with a team to play on. Refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
