Hello Tri-City Members,
Each year the Tri-City organization holds its Annual General Meeting. This year’s date has been set and we want to inform you of the dates. We would like to invite you to attend the Annual General Meeting on Wednesday, August 21st at 7:00 pm. Location of the meeting is the Storm Shelter 2761 12th Avenue South. Should anything change with date or location, a notice will be sent and published to the TC website. This is an opportunity to meet with the Board and hear about the current events and future of the club. All current members are welcome to attend the AGM. Members are those that are currently registered and enrolled in a Tri-City program.
Each year two Board seats are up for election. These have a term of 3 years. This year there are two seats that will be open for new members or the existing member to re-run for. These seats are elected at the Annual General Meeting each year by the membership. Each family receives one vote. We look forward to seeing you at the AGM. We look forward to an exciting year.
